Our goal is to offer you a satisfying experience with Alpaca Livestock Company, Inc. We want you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase from us.

Replacements: If an item is damaged during shipping or has workmanship defects we will REPLACE the item at NO CHARGE to you. You must notify us within 5 days of recieving your item(s) of any shipping damage incurred.

Refund and Return Policy: If you are not 100% satisfied, merchandise can be returned for credit or refund within 15-days of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Note: if you ordered 2 or more items and want to return one item we will prorate the shipping costs to reflect what that item would have cost to ship alone.
Deductions on multiple sale items are subject to reduction if merchandise is returned.

All items must be returned to us in the original condition in order to recieve your full refund. YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST FOR RETURN AUTHORIZATION. We will give you instructions on where and how to return your item(s) to us.

Refunds will be issued in the same manner the payment was recieved (check or credit card) only after we have recieved the items back.

YOU MUST EMAIL US WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE FOR ANY RETURNS OR REFUNDS. VOID IF REQUEST IS AFTER 5 DAYS.
